Pain, movement limitations, and generally not feeling your best can destroy your quality of life. This is why all of our treatments and rehabilitation programmes are bespoke to you and the problem you present. We ensure that we provide treatments with pressure that is suitable to you as the patient and we don't just hook you up to a machine and walk away.

The TherapyFit group was founded in 2017 by a husband and wife team; Bal and Farah Sidhu. The group is made up of TherapyFit Treatments LTD and TherapyFit Body Clinic LTD 

​

TherapyFit Treatments is run by Bal, a male therapist who treats male and female clients and was set up due to the fact that a number of years ago, he injured himself whilst working out. He embarked on a rehabilitation journey which took many years and cost thousands of pounds. Our own personal experience taught us that some professionals were only interested in selling treatment packages rather than sorting out the main problem. 

 

With the problem still persisting, we decided to embark on an educational journey and retrain so that we had the knowledge and skills to be able to treat each another, but also be able to help address the issues other patients encounter in the profession and ensure that no one else faces the same problems when they are in need of desperate help.

Over the years we evolved as a company and transformed our services in line with our customer feedback and requests. Due to popular demand we set up our second clinic; TherapyFit Body Clinic which is a ladies only clinic, that provides therapy services for female clients which is female lead by Farah. We also provide exercise prescription/rehabilitation and variety of other massage therapy services. As therapists, we are constantly putting ourselves through training and education to keep up to date with industry standards and bring in new methods and techniques to help our patients and we are certified and registered with governing bodies.

Our primary objective is to help people live long and healthy lives so that they can enjoy precious time and create happy memories with loved ones and the generations to come.

What differentiates us from other providers is that we focus on you as the individual, we are fully transparent with our clients and never sell any treatment that you do not require. We understand that services like ours need to be accessible to everyone regardless of your social and economic circumstances. We aim to treat your problem first time round and apply the same consistent effort to each patient whether you are the first appointment of the day or the last.

Having both worked within the NHS and health sectors, we understand and acknowledges that we are not simply just selling a product. Our product is 'YOU' and your health matters to us.
